Gala evening in Barcelona

One of our most spectacular evening events so far took place in Barcelona. A glitzy gala for 300 people with an award show and after-show party!

icon_bnThe magnificent old stock exchange in the old town, illuminated in true party style, was the perfect venue for an elegant award dinner. On stage top speakers alternated with artistes of various disciplines; the famous Barcelona Castellers’ pyramid of 55 people was a real highlight. Light as a feather, artistes of the Airtrack show appeared to float on the air trampoline. Demonstrating stunning body control, the star of the show gyrated in the “Cyr Wheel”, a huge hula hoop tyre. The atmosphere was perfect with a DJ, video jockey, chill-out lounge and a terrific party band. The evening was rounded off with an after-show party on the roof terrace of the hotel, where almost 300 participants were housed. This was a more intimate and informal set-up with cocktail bar, DJ and singers for those wanting to party on into the early hours.

Barcelona is one of my favourite cities. The chic and flair of this metropolis makes working here a pleasure. Everything is just right: the sunny climate and location by the sea, a great infrastructure with plenty of good hotels, great food, cool venues and friendly people. For groups of any size, I have lots of good tips up my sleeve – just ask me!
